EVALUASI KESUKSESAN SISTEM INFORMASI DI BADAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN DAN PENANAMAN MODAL (BP3M) KABUPATEN LUWU

Information System at the Investment and Permit Service Office (BP3M) of Luwu Regency constitutes a system that provides information and permit service for the community including registration and permit services. The system it called as Online Integrated Service System “Magatti”.
This research is intended to test system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived easiness, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and net benfits. The model used in this research is the mixed model between Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and renewed DeLone & McLean Model. Variables used in DeLone & McLean model are system quality, information quality, and service quality. Whereas, variables used in TAM method are perceived easiness, perceived usefulness and those used in Renewed DeLone & McLean model are user satisfaction and net benefits.
The research was carried out with the subjects of BP3M employees in Luwu Regency. Data were collected from 39 respondents. The data were presented in form of structural equation and then analyzed by means of path analysis using SPSS software release 13. Results of the study showed that System Quality, Information Quality and Service Quality exerted positive and significant influences on Perceived Easiness and Perceived Usefulness. Perceived Easiness and Perceived Usefulness simultenously exerted positive and significant influence on User Satisfaction, and finally, User Satisfaction exerted positive and significant influence on Net Benefits.
